This setting determines the status of the CUE record when N4 must update records in the Chargeable Unit Events view (on page 1). By default, N4 updates the unit entity fields of CUE records in the QUEUED status based on the setting INVBILLING010 (BILLING_UPDATE_EXTRACT_ON_ENTITY_UPDATE) (on page 1).
The options for this setting are:
PARTIAL - Update all records in the Chargeable Unit Events view in status PARTIAL.
QUEUED - Update all records in the Chargeable Unit Events view in status QUEUED. This is the default value.
When you include both options, N4 updates records that are in both QUEUED and PARTIAL status.
Each time the outbound visit details are updated for a record, N4 updates all attributes associated with the outbound visit like the ATA, ATD, etc.
